Yes. We're based in Hamburg but work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
How quickly do we get the material?
At trade fairs, photos within 24 hours and videos within 72 hours at the latest. So you can post while the fair is still on.
Do we get photo and video from one team?
Yes. One team, one point of contact and a consistent look across all formats, including reels for social media.
What about guests who don't want to be photographed?
We clarify that with you in advance, so consent is collected properly and you can use the images with confidence.
Where may we use the images?
We agree on usage rights in the quote, tailored to your channels.
What does a shoot cost?
It depends on duration, scope and formats. For trade fairs, there are fixed packages from €1,750 net. For everything else, you'll get a clear quote after our first call.
By the way: consent can be digital too.
With mediaConsent, our own product, guests sign on a tablet or via QR code. The records are created automatically.
