01The challenge

At events, consent for photos and videos is often collected on paper. When someone asks or objects, the record is hard to find, and photographers on site don’t know who they must not show.

02The solution

A platform for GDPR-compliant photo and video consent at events. Guests sign via QR code or on a tablet at the entrance, with no app and no account. Every consent and every objection automatically lands in your inbox as a PDF. In a gallery, the team sees per photo who agreed (green) and who didn’t (red). Analysis, concept, design, development, documentation and operations: all done by us.

03The result

Live after three months. Today, more than 30 users work with the platform, with admin area and guest portal in German and English and a Free and a Pro plan. We run what we build. That’s why we know what operations really mean: updates, backups, support, every day.

04Tech stack

Signed in under a minute, right at the entrance.
